I have a friend
that
hates to be
alone.

Because, this person says,
the solitude
makes them think
about things
they should
be doing
they should
have done
and it depresses them.

This depresses me.

I have been afraid to think
but now I find comfort in
thinking.

I'd like
to tell them how I changed
my perspective
but they would either
not take me seriously
or
think I'm crazy.

In either case
they wouldn't
listen.

fuck it.

whatever.
can't save everyone.
